PayPal Account Under Different Name

Hello, I added a PayPal account but it has been rejected due to the name issue. My full names are Japhet Moturi Ndubi. 

On my PayPal, I have used Japhet Ndubi only while on PPH I have used Japhet Moturi. Would you let me edit my PPH account so it can match the PayPal? You can confirm this from the National ID documents that I attached to my payment set up.
