I am freelancer in PPH and I this is my duty to inform PPH about some issue(s).

This was the client's wording :

"This is my first technical project on PPH and the platform and dashboard are a bit confusing to me."

 

I informed to him "If PPH platform and dashboard are a bit confusing to you then, please contact to PPH support. I am sure they will help you."

It is my suggestion to please remove platform and dashboard confusing issues.

  We have also identified some of the issues that most possibly you are referring to, and that's why we are already in the process of revamping the dashboard for both buyers and freelancers, in order to make it a powerful tool in your hands.

  Thanks for the information.

  That comment was not from 1 client, many clients said about it.

   

  Also I am seeing many of Europe clients and England's clients are not using PPH. They prefer other platform. We must look into this issue, Why this is happening.

   

  Also PPH pay per hour is not genuine without time tracking tool. Without time tracking how can we judge time. This is also a issue. PPH must use Time tracking tool. By this way pay per hour work will be genuine.
