My Application Got Rejected. I am not sure whats the reason and and how can I resolve it to get approved?

I have recently applied here on people per hour. I am new and I am not sure what mistake I have done while applying on the site. I would request you to please let me know why my application has been disapproved and how can I come back to get work with you. 

What changes I have to make to approve my application.
