my application has been rejected. After 3 times you notified me with an email to change my name and my location. And please help me thank you anil kumar.

I've got the same issue, I received an email saying
"you need to take the following action: Provide your real name and location."
I log in and I see no way to update that information in my application form, the same applies to my profile, they are blocked to edit for no apparent reason.
I really don't know how to proceed. Is there a bug in their system?
