Why PPH withdraw service takes alot of time?

Greetings,
It's my 2nd experience to withdraw my funds from PPH. It usually charges a lot for withdrawing, but still doesn't approve the withdraw payment quickly...
What's the reason behind it...!

I make withdraw also on other freelancer websites today, and I received instant payment from there to my Payoneer account. Now just waiting for PPH to approve my funds and don't know why this service is too much slow.

  Even if it takes a little longer, my opinion is that compared to other sites I work on (and I want to move my work permanently here), PPH is the most serious. In the 4 years, everything went well. You have to be a little patient, and your transfer will be processed. Believe me!
