Security Question Issue

Hi PPH help/support centre!
Hope your team is doing great.
I’m having a Issue with my security question, it keep showing me incorrect password when I check my payments or try to reset in the settings.
I’m not sure if I’m typing the wrong one but it worked for once that’s why I’m confused about this.
Please help me to rest my password so I can deal with my payments.
Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
