application rejected

I have received a message that my application is rejected for the 3rd time whereas i have just submitted it for the very first time.

Message I did receive was as under,

(Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour).
