I can’t raise invoice after I completed the project

This is the message I keep getting after I finished with a client project. It seems like you haven't filled in your Personal/Company details, your Tax/Company details and your Paypal or Bank details. Please click here to fill them in before you can create an Invoice. I have provided all of my local bank account details and my payoneer account is linked to my bank account now, yet this message pops up every time a want to raise an invoice. What do I do please?
