Audio calls on PPH

Hello, I live in a country where most video calling online is banned.. only a few work such as zoom, and teams... so the PPH video call isn't working. is there an audio option only? or some other way I can meet with the freelancer and share screen?

  I am also looking for the way to communicate with clients, as PPH calling and Skype is not working.  Is it allowed by PPH to use other platform for video/audio calling ?
