Account Rejected

Hello,

I will Create my account Many days ago. But i can not use my account. Today when i Submit account, my account submitted has successfully. After few Hour later that showing my application is rejected for 3rd time. Please tell me what my Mistake and advice me the Correction point. so that i can change necessary and Selling on peopleperhour.
