application rejected 3rd time

Dear Sir,

I submitted my profile only once. After 3 hours I got a mail that it's been not accepted as you are currently experiencing  a very high number of freelancer applications. After 18 days when I opened my profile on PPH, it's showing that my application has been rejected 3 times.

I submitted only once then why it's showing its rejected 3 times. Also I can't resubmit it.

Please help.

  My application still rejected it is almost a year but no reply. How can I delete my account?
