Application is rejected

Dear Sir / Madam,

My application is rejected, it's first time now but received comment mentioned that its 3rd time and I  have completed everything as per requirement of PPH as well as I have completed every point honestly.

Is this system generated reply without application's scrutiny to everyone that who have submitted their application ?

I have received following comment / email,

Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour.

Is contact Support team mandatory to get approval ?

I tried to contact the online support team but I don't know how to fulfill the remaining process, I'm new here & seeking for little help. Please co-operate to get me Approval.
