Change My Cover Picture

Dear support,
I have opened a new People Per Hour account But I didn't add any cover photos then. Now everytime I'm adding a cover to my account and every time the page shows that it is saves but when I open my profile I don't see those updates I'm making. Is there Something wrong with my Account ?
