Unable to send a proposal on any project

I am unable to send a proposal on any project. Each time, it asks me to enter a deposit amount.. and when I enter an appropriate deposit amount, it throws an error saying "Be reasonable and dont ask for a deposit amount which is more than 0"

How to fix this issue ? Not sure if anyone else is facing the same problem. Please help.
