withdrawal account rejected

Good day,
      I referred to your Terms and Conditions, and it said

   - a bank account under the user's name as registered on his profile
   - a Paypal or Payoneer account with the same name and email address as
   registered on the user's profile
   - a Paypal or Payoneer account with the same name as registered on the
   user's profile and an email address that has been verified by the user



My Full name is Fathima Shaariqah Ismath, and so my username in PPH is
Shaariqah Ismath and my username in my Payoneer account is Fathima Ismath.
I have used the same email address to register on both PPH and Payoneer.
  Could i please know how i could fix this error regarding my withdrawal
account not being accepted, given that this is the first time I ever
created an online banking account and applied to an online freelancing
website.
