Rejection reason: Payment method under different name is in correct

hi 

   I referred to your Terms and Conditions, and it said

   - a bank account under the user's name as registered on his profile
   - a Paypal or Payoneer account with the same name and email address as
   registered on the user's profile
   - a Paypal or Payoneer account with the same name as registered on the
   user's profile and an email address that has been verified by the user

My full name is Anisunnisa patel I register my PPH account  as anee patel as you can see from my document prove from previous withdrawal account detail my full name is same as mention in payoneer  user name,as well as my register email; for payoneer and PPH are same, that is (aneepatel@gmail.com)

can you please let me how can i resolve this issue regarding my withdrawal
account not being accepted,
