My Application is rejected

Hello,

My application is rejected second time but received mail that its 3rd time and I  have completed everything as per requirement of PPH. Even I have completed each and every point honestly.

Is this system generated reply?

I have received following email :

Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour.

I don't know how to fulfill the remaining process, I'm new here & seeking for little help. Please co-operate to get me Approval.
