Withdrawing Funds Trouble

Hello, I have a problem when withdrawing my funds. I try to withdraw my funds on my PayPal account. When I do it, it shows me that I need to provide an identification document but it doesn't show how can I add it. When I enter to "Payments" and there is such a compartiment as Identification Documents, it shows that they don't require any documents at this time, and there's no way to attach them. Please help me with this.
