Application Rejected

First my application was rejected. After that i re-submitted my application with required changes and i got a E-mail saying,"Congrats! After carefully reviewing your profile, our Team has accepted the changes you made to your profile". But still i am not able to post any offer. It keeps saying, "Your application has been rejected for a third time."

Please, Help me setting up my account.

  mine also rejected. how to change the profile and reuploaded. please help me.

  Prasanth, open your profile and click on edit. Check your profile. Make sure you filled each and everything properly according to your skills. Your profile picture should be clear (nothing fancy or edited). Most importantly, your skills, industry expertise and supporting document or certificate (genuine & clear) should be uploaded matching your skills. Click on 'done' and wait for response. Don't edit your profile again & again until you get any response. They usually mail about your application status in few hours but sometimes it takes 2-3 days. So, wait patiently.

  In my case, i accidentally attach-ted wrong file of my certificate, plus my profile picture was edited (some filters and stuff on it). So, i changed these things and they accepted.
