Lack of integrity in one freelancer.... how do I proceed?

Hello PPH community,

I recently posted a freelance job and received a lot of excellent replies.

However, one person wrote me through PPH, then wrote me independently

saying that she 'just wanted to check' that I had received her reply through PPH.

She suggested that I might like to reply to her by email.  

The next communication I received was via email, asking me if I knew what her price was per hour.

I was surprised - - it was a completely different price than the one she quoted me through PPH.

In addition, she was clearly ignoring the fact that we were introduced by PPH and we were supposed to work under their banner.

When i wrote her and said I was not comfortable working independently of PPH, she got aggressive and said that if I hired someone cheaper, that i would regret it.

I replied succinctly - the issue is not the money, the issue is integrity. She basically is cheating PPH and I refuse to do this.

I would like to know how I should proceed. I do want to report what she has done.

ps - I have posted two jobs on PPH and received many responses. No one has done anything like this before.
