how can I reach PPH

I'm having problems. I have tried your help service but inevitably my problem isn't covered. You are available on the phone 24/7 and there's no chat service, there's also no email service, there's alos nowhere to submit an issue so it gets picked up the next working day. Could someone please contact me with a degree of urgency.
