wrong signup

Hello,my name is anand.I want to do a job.So i signedup an account but choosen as work with free lancer instead of choosing hire.so i have deactivated the account and tried to create new account with same gmail but am unable to create and i can see the info that my gmail is regd already.

so can this be solved for me.
