Answer to security question

I answered the security quesiton correctly but maybe did not type it exactly as had done originally and now I am locked out of my account and there is no pathway to make any changes to the question. It would be good if there was an email link just like other sites have for people who forget their passwords. Please help. I want to download an invoice....if I can find where they are.

  In order to reset your security question, you will need to proceed and contact our customer support at https://support.peopleperhour.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. We should need to verify your account first.
