SCAM REPORT

Dear all,

    I'd like to make a scam report to the community and PPH advice that I have got a scammer developer, namely: NANDA KUMAR, here is his profile: https://www.peopleperhour.com/freelancer/design/nanda-kumar-3d-architectural-interior-zjxmmmq?ref=provider

   The reason why I commit him as a real scammer because he asked me transfer for him the upfront payment for a project is 705USD through his Skrill account and he never response back to me anymore. 

  He told me that the project should be completed in 20 days, but I must pay for him the upfront first 705USD through his Skrill account and I sent him 705USD. I asked him sign the NDA and pay through directly PPH, but he did refuse and disappeared now. I sent message fro him directly on PPH and telegram that he read it, but never response back to me . II have already asked him to refund me the upfornt, he also ignore, never reply me anymore. 

  After long time consideration that I conclude that this guy, NANDA KUMAR is a real scammer. I am trying to take some legal actions to against this guy now. He is challenging to take legal against him. 

  Any advice my are very welcomed to be against this scammer.
