Message received for rejection once and sending message that 3rd application rejected is like cheating and rejecting application with no reason.The main point of rejection is of not paying charges in name of fast track services.

Please prove your trust in people as this is not done. Hope my application is accepted which is rejected without any reason.If it is all about paying charges for it then please do not mention free services at your portal.
