people per account not getting activated.

By my Account not activated. I need this account for my bright carrier.

I am Sushma from India. I got a mail from people per hour team as your application has been received and then mail came like your application was not accepted, soo can i know reason for not accepting my application and is that possible to accept my application after some corrections.
