Referral Credit - Does PPH EVEN want to pay this?

I signed up using my friends referral link

It said I had £30 to use, but I can't see it. I opened a ticket, and PPH just ignored it.

I openend a second one asking to look at the first, and they just closed it!

What is going on? How do I use my £30 credit? I want to award a job, but its been 1 week since a reply
