Application has been rejected for a third time.

I am facing some issue when I am trying to login then one message appeared :-

"Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour". 

I don't know what it's mean ? Is my profile is rejected ? Even one day before I got a message that my profile has been accepted.

 

Please guide me if I have done something wrong.
