application rejected

Hi Team,

I submitted my application & got reply less than a min. that my application is rejected 3rd time. How is that possible that when i submitted the application 1st time how it can be rejected 3rd time. In mail reason which i got that you are getting high volume of application that is why you rejected. Request you to please review my application & approve it.
