Application rejected for 3rd time

When ever I open my account it says

"Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour.".

Though I have provided all my information correctly, then why my application is being rejected. I am new to PeoplePerHour. Kindly help me to solve my problem.
