Withdraw fund - "identification not required at this time"

Hi, 

I have fund on my PPH account that id like to with draw, when I click withdraw a comment opens with "we need identification document to verify". 

When I go to the section were I should upload the documents it says "we do not require these yet"

Where do I upload the required documents?
