Problem with application

Hi, dear PeoplePerHour Team

My Application was rejected due to problems with my location and username.
My first name is Sajjad and my last name is  Fathizadeh. And I am in the  location of Iran, Tabriz.
I tried to change them a few times, but I couldn't.
Help me please.
