I received a proposal and accepted it but still shows pending , how can I check my escrow? I paid with credit card

I am using this platform first time. I received a proposal and accepted it but still shows pending so long , how can I check my escrow? I paid with credit card. Credit card company already asked me and I approved it  right away. Is there a section I can see my credit card info , edit, escrow balance... so on?
