Application rejected for the third time

I made my freelancing profile a couple of day ago and got this message on my homepage.

"YOUR APPLICATION IS REJECTED FOR THE THIRD TIME"

I won't be able to send proposals, place offers, etc.

Please help me out dear support team..!
