Profile rejection for third time

Sir,

My profile rejected third time. Please help me so that I can get my application accepted ,

Updated My Pay pal account ,

Profile and Pay Pal account details displays the same ( Name, Email and Mobile number)

In Pay pal account also same Name, Email and Phone Number whatever mentioned in Profile. PLEASE SOLVE THE problem
