I've been having issue, where users are contacting me for some projects. I can see those messages on the mobile app and reply them.
But then the workstream just dissappears. It won't appear on the website's workstreams nor on the app's messages.
I've been reporting this for weeks and lost a few potential Clients due to the bug. But no resolution so far.
Is anyone else facing this?
