Application has been rejected for third time

Hi, I applied one time to open my account on php but a nessage was given me that  my application has been rejected for third time. 

Please help me about this problem.

  Hi Team,

  This is the 3rd time my application is not approved. 

  Please suggest how I can get chance to register myself. Any other document required.

  Due to this COVID situation with no job I am interested to do my freelance work to earn some money.

   

  Please help to register myself.
