My Qualification is expired, Can a client still hire me by offer a job for me???

Hey PPH support team,

My Qualification is expired, Can a client still hire me by offer a job for me???

I mean I ll bring new buyer/client On PPH and if that's client try to hire me.

Then PPH is allow or not???

Cause I have some buyer in my social media, I wannt to bring then on PPH 

Cause I need to buy  renewal my PPH freelancing profile, and for that reason If I called my social media buyer for hire me here on PPH. Then what ll happen???

My social media buyer can able to offer me on PPH ??? OR Not???
