the proofreader does not want to work due to cancelled payment
Dear Customer Support,
I am asking you for help urgently as I just received the information that the invoice I paid was cancelled and the proofreader does not want to finish the work as agreed due to cancelled payment - Invoice ID - 2947549-1 . This causes me a lot of stress as the deadline is in one day. Could you please send him the payment I made as soon as possible so he can continue working?
