My Application Keeps Getting Rejected

My application keeps getting rejected. It keeps saying that I need to remove my contact details but I don't have them anywhere. What is going wrong. I have been trying to submit my application as my company. Should I just change it to be a freelancer? I don't mind, I just want to start working. I have a lot to offer and am not breaking any ruled but I kept getting rejected.
