My profile is rejected

Hi there. Hope you are doing well and safe these tough times. I have registered a new account today. After the submission with proper informations, I got rejected due to some reason which couldn't make sense. I have given all the valid information with my certification proof. I want to know the exact reason. And also need your help to get fix those and approve again.
