My account is not approved. I have a old account of PPH but it disabled by PPH Team. Please accept my application and approve my account

My profile is not approved by PPH and I really need to know why I am rejected by the PPH. I am a PPH member since 2010 but my old account is disabled by PPH. I am requested that please approve my account and if any error here in my profile so please tell me so I can fill the proper information.
