What does the END IN (DAYS) mean in a proposal as it seems to differ from date of when work is required

What does the End in Days mean in a proposal as it seems to differ from when the submitter of the request requires the work to be to be done.

I came across a request today 14th August which was posted 2 days ago. The " END IN (DAYS) " indicated 26 days.

It was indicated that testing was required to take place on Wednesday, August 12 at 12:00pm CEST for around 1-2 hours. This date has already passed so what does  " END IN (DAYS) " indicated as 26 days mean then?
