Cannot Withdraw Funds: Request Processed, but no money received
Good morning,
I tried several times in the last months to withdraw my funds from my PeoplePerHour User Account but without success.
When I withdraw the funds from the interface, I get a first email telling me that I have submitted a withdrawal request:

Then after some time, I get a second email telling me that my request has been processed:

However, when checking my bank account I'm not getting any money even after several days/weeks after the withdrawal operation. Also, when I check the money available on the PPH Payment interface, the same amount is back here without any modifications.
How can I withdraw my money?
