Reactivating old account

Hi,

I used to have an account with PPH and would now like to sign up again...but I cannot use the email I had last time as it no longer exists.

Is there any way my old account can be retrieved? I'd like to show that I have some experience...rather than starting to build up a portfolio again from scratch.
