Application rejected third time.

Dear PeoplePerHour Team,

I submitted my profile to PeoplePerHour to join as a new member. However, the PeoplePerHour team said, "Your application has been rejected for a third time." But as far as I know, I submitted my profile for the first time.

Please let me know if there is any solution.
