real name and location verification issue

Hello, I hope your team is well!

I see other people have had the same issue, but I do not see the solution. I have submitted my very thorough application and it was returned first time with a request "Provide your real name and location". Since there is no designated section to fill this in, I have added it in the "About you" space. 

Nevertheless, it was returned again to me with the same request. 

Could you please advise me how I should proceed?
