Full Refund
I have made two different orders on peopleperhour.com and in both cases the freelancer not only didn't communicate with me in an expedient amount of time but the jobs were not completed at all!
I was not informed that the freelancer was unable to complete the job, I waited over the specified amount of time. I have lost two clients as a direct result of this and it has cost me an estimated $2,000/year per client based on the LTV of my client base. I no longer have any confidence in the freelancers on peopleperhour.com.
I do not want credits on this website and since I never received any services from this site I would like a full refund of all that I was charged to work on this platform.
Please advise how and when all the funds will be returned to me. You may cancel my account after the refund.
