Rejected for a third time

Whenever i login in Peopleperhour, it is always showing that Your application has been rejected for a third time. But i have submitted my application only for one time. Please suggest me what is my improvement area, what i need to change. I am very much interested to be working with Peopleperhour.

I am submitted yesterday one application in peopleperhour.but,now in peopleperhour website shows your application is not approved for a third time when I submitted only one application.
