dishonest fee charges

i bought a project but did not realise PPH charged a 10% fee until the payment had been made.  This lack of transparency is not acceptable and i demand a refund of the 10% admin fee.

I won't be using this platform again and will make sure everyone i know is aware of the dishonest way you are operating.
